Exercise

Endurance exercise is also known as aerobic or cardiovascular exercise because it conditions two of the most important organs of your body, the heart and lungs. This means increased energy and greater productivity.

Resistance training increases muscle strength and bone density (especially important for women). This is absolutely an essential ingredient in weight control. Furthermore, the less muscle you have, the less energy your body uses (i.e. lower metabolism) and the easier it is to gain weight.
