"From 'I wish...' to 'I am doing it!'"

For a long time I have said, “I wish I’d exercise regularly, drink more water, and eat more fruits and vegetables,” but it existed for me like a good idea. Now, after doing CAMP21HealthFitness for six weeks, I’m actually doing it, and it’s easy and it feels good! I’m wearing pants that I’d put aside because they were too tight. People are telling me that I look great and asking if I’ve lost weight and that feels good, too!

The thing I love about CAMP21HealthFitness is that it is so simple. I don’t have to go anywhere, I don’t have to eat special food or measure every drop that goes into my mouth. It is so easy: I just fill my water jug in the morning, check off my fruits and vegetables during the day and get out and walk first thing. I told Doug that it would take a miracle for me to change my habits—believe me, I did not think of myself as a salad kind of girl when I started day one of CAMP21HealthFitness. Through Doug’s daily accountability calls to me, that miracle has occurred. Knowing I would talk to Doug made all the difference. It is downright enjoyable for me to be well.
