Camp21HealthFitness is based on creating new, positive healthy habits in 21 days. The program requires no special food or exercise equipment. Instead, we create a personalized wellness plan around our five core activities: written affirmations; commitment to healthy meal portions; drinking adequate water each day; establishing a fitness routine of 30 minutes per day; and, getting at least seven hours of sleep a night. Your Camp21HealthFitness rep will set your plan, get your started, and follow your progress with daily phone calls to give you support and answer any questions. All plans include a free Success Packet to chart your journey. |
