How Does CAMP21HealthFitness Work?

Camp21HealthFitness is based on creating new, positive healthy habits in 21 days. The program requires no special food or exercise equipment.

Instead, we create a personalized wellness plan around our five core activities: written affirmations; commitment to healthy meal portions; drinking adequate water each day; establishing a fitness routine of 30 minutes per day; and, getting at least seven hours of sleep a night.

Your Camp21HealthFitness rep will set your plan, get your started, and follow your progress with daily phone calls to give you support and answer any questions. All plans include a free Success Packet to chart your journey.

Basic Three-Week Program
Our most popular plan sets you up with 21 days of focused activities to get you on the road to new habits—and a better you! Monday thru Friday you'll receive a daily, one-on-one accountability phone call from your coach for support and guidance. On Saturday and Sunday, you fill out our simple on-line accountability questionnaire that goes directly to your coach. Price: $175 per person.

Premium Six-Week Program
Sign up for six weeks, and save $25.00! Get all the same benefits as our Basic plan above, but with the advantages of a longer time frame. The extra 3 weeks helps many folks reinforce their new wellness habits, making it easier to continue on their own. Price: $325.00 per person.
